The intent of QuickSense is not to measure your performance for someone to reward or punish you (even yourself). It is to help you understand your learning (the real reward). This is done through formative assessments (an assessment made for learning (QuickSense)). Research even suggests that having a score on tests has no effect on your learning! Furthermore, the intent of getting a question right or wrong should be motivated by wanting to solve the problem for the problem's sake, not to get 100%.
